The Lombardi Award presented by the Rotary Club of Houston Tour
The robust schedule includes high-profile sports-connected events such as the Houston Sports Awards, multiple events connected to the Bayou Bowl, High School Football Coaches Association events, local and regional high school and college football events and games, and multiple large Rotary events.
The tour season begins in January and continues through the award date, with increasing exposure during football season.
The Award Tour Committee is comprised of dedicated members who are knowledgeable about the Award's history and legacy and volunteer their time to accompany the award on its “tour.”
For select tour events, Lombardi will invite high-profile celebrities or sports figures to accompany the award, not limited to but including former winners or finalists.
Benefits to Donor
Identified as a tour sponsor throughout the tour season and at the two-day Lombardi Award event, with logo on signage and backdrops.
The sponsor can display their signage during the tour.
Sponsors have the option to produce uniform shirts for the volunteers.
When not on tour, the Award will be displayed at the Sponsor's offices or showroom.
The Rotary Lombardy Award Tour Committee will also support activities related to the Trophy at the Sponsor's offices or showroom.
