AUSTIN BROWN

Austin Brown, PhD, is a cancer epidemiologist and Associate Professor of Pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine. He serves as Director of the Epidemiology Program and co-Director of the Long-Term Survivor Research Program at Texas Children’s Cancer and Hematology Center. His work integrates clinical and molecular data to better understand treatment-related toxicities and long-term outcomes in pediatric oncology, with the goal of reducing morbidity and improving quality of life for children with cancer. Dr. Brown leads a multidisciplinary research program, is an active mentor and collaborator, and fosters partnerships across institutions to advance survivorship research to improve outcomes for children and families affected by cancer.
