Ndamukong Suh, born on January 6, 1987, in Portland, Oregon, was a defensive tackle at the University of Nebraska and an exceptional player in college and the NFL. As a college senior, Suh became one of the most decorated players in college football history, winning numerous awards such as the Lombardi Award, Outland Trophy, and AP College Football Player of the Year. He was also recognized as a unanimous All-American.

In the NFL, Suh played for several teams, including the Detroit Lions, Miami Dolphins, Los Angeles Rams, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and Philadelphia Eagles. During his time with the Lions, Suh was selected to four All-Pro and Pro Bowl teams and was awarded the NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year in 2010. He was known for his dominant play and aggressive style on the field, which initially drew some criticism. However, he proved to be one of the most dominant defensive tackles in the league, earning multiple accolades throughout his career.

Suh's college career at the University of Nebraska was impressive. He played for the Nebraska Cornhuskers from 2005 to 2009 and significantly impacted the team. As a junior, he recorded a team-high 76 tackles, 7.5 sacks, and 19 tackles for loss. Suh excelled in his senior year, registering 85 tackles, 12 sacks, and 20.5 tackles for loss. He helped the Huskers' defense rank first nationally in several categories. He received numerous awards, including the Associated Press College Football Player of the Year, Lombardi, and Outland Trophy. Suh was a key player in the team's success and left a lasting legacy at Nebraska.

In the NFL, Suh was selected by the Detroit Lions as the second overall pick in the 2010 NFL Draft. He quickly made an impact, earning the NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year award and establishing himself as one of the top defensive players in the league. Throughout his career, Suh played for multiple teams, showcasing his skills as a dominant force on the defensive line. He was selected to multiple Pro Bowl and All-Pro teams and helped lead the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to victory in Super Bowl LV. Suh's contributions to the game, both in college and the NFL, solidify his status as one of his generation's most accomplished defensive tackles.
