Tony Steven Casillas, born on October 26, 1963, was a dominant defensive tackle who played in the NFL from 1986 to 1997. Casillas had a notable college career at the University of Oklahoma, where he helped the team win the 1985 NCAA National Championship. He received several accolades, including the Lombardi Award and UPI Lineman of the Year 1985. Casillas was also a two-time Consensus All-American and a two-time First-team All-Big Eight selection. In 2004, he was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame.

Casillas was selected as the second overall pick in the 1986 NFL Draft by the Atlanta Falcons. He quickly established himself as a starter and made an impact with 111 tackles and a sack in his rookie season. He excelled in Atlanta, earning a Pro Bowl alternate nod in 1988 and being named second-team All-Pro in 1989. He played in nine games in the 1990 season for the Falcons.

In 1991, Casillas joined the Dallas Cowboys and became a key contributor to the team's success. He played a vital role in the Cowboys' back-to-back victories in Super Bowl XXVII and XXVIII against the Buffalo Bills. Casillas left the Cowboys briefly to play for the Kansas City Chiefs and the New York Jets before returning to Dallas for the 1996 and 1997 seasons. He retired from professional football in 1998 after a 12-year NFL career.

After retiring, Casillas pursued a career in broadcasting and entrepreneurship. He hosted "Casillas & Company/Casillas & Zack," a sports talk show on Oklahoma City radio station 107.7 The Franchise KRXO. He also hosts "The Tony Casillas Show," a video podcast where he interviews guests and discusses various topics. Casillas continues to be involved in the football community and shares his insights through various media platforms.
